It is not my intention to become a music critic. Nor is it my intention to provide shameless plugs for old pals when they make music and attempt to make their mark on the music scene with a locally produces album. It is, however, my intention to celebrate this long long awaited audio work of art, The Breaks, by singer, songwriter, friend and goofball BJ Kocen. Make no mistake, this recording is worth every cent you'll pay for it and more.

Yes, Jesse is one week old... well, more than a week... but, here is a link to the first week of photos...click on the picture. All in all, Jesse is adapting nicely.  He is a great sleeper, a great eater and is pretty much a peaceful baby.  Everyone dotes on him, so he is not lacking for attention.  He seems very alert and attentive.  We are blessed to have him as a member of our "tribe" as we have been refered to.  I know that many of you have been looking forward to seeing new pictures, and I will try try try to be better about posting...

Born March 4, 2010, we welcome Jesse Wallace Dowd as the 7th member of our family.  Born at 7:20 pm, he weighed in at 8 pounds and 3 ounces.  Stacy went into labor at 5:10 am when her water broke.
